NANYA

Nanya Technology Corporation was founded on March 4, 1995. Its headquarters is located in the Nanlin Science Park, Taishan District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, China. The company is a DRAM R&D and manufacturing enterprise controlled by Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, a subsidiary of the Formosa Plastics Group, and is the only semiconductor core asset within the Formosa Plastics Group. As of December 31, 2025, the company’s paid-in capital was approximately NT$30.99 billion, with a total of over 3,700 employees. Nanya Technology operates one 8-inch and one 12-inch wafer fab, and has established overseas sales offices in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Mainland China.
